Now Certified Kosher!

Great news for those with faith-based dietary restrictionsWhite Mountain Foods Bulgarian Yogurt is now certified kosher! It’s the same recipe, traditional process, glass jars and authentic flavor - the only difference is that the product, process and facilities have been examined and certified kosher. Currently, the certification logo is located as shown below. After we use up our current batch of labels, the certification will be next to the recycle logo on the back of the jar. Enjoy!

Recipe For Yogurt Pops

Ingredients:
1 c. White Mountain Foods Bulgarian Yogurt
1 banana, sliced
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. fruit juice OR fruit chunks

Directions:
Blend all ingredients together and pour into mold or paper cups. insert plastic spoons or wooden ice pop sticks for handles and freeze.

Chicago Visit

White Mountain Foods Visits the Windy City Area!

Our traveling yogurt coach and ambassador of authenticity, Daniel Maldonado, was in the Windy City this past week. He visited stores, passed out samples, and extolled the virtues of our traditional 24-hour yogurt fermentation process and a simple, 2-ingredient recipe.


Among other places, we visited Park Slope Food Coop on Union Street in Brooklyn, the Consulate General of Bulgaria, and the Permanent Mission of Bulgaria to the United nations!
